In general, the software will take all the notes from all the different departments for one patient and tie them all together so all department can see what others are doing for the patient. This creates a more balanced treatment plan for each individual patient giving each and every patient the best care possible under almost any situation.

In this day and time, most all nurse's notes and doctor's orders are put into the computer on each individual patient. No more individual charts that become like a book to keep up with. The technology has come such a long way and has made life so much easier for staff working hard to keep up with the busy hospitals and medical facilities. The system would not be near as successful without the help of healthcare software.
